It's not a matter of talents or abilities - it's more a matter of setting expectations. Not everything can be a priority in a short window of time. If Tamar is able to do it, that's great. I certainly realize that streaming a user group session "in real time" would be a fantastic thing. What I'm trying to do is help you realize some of the constraints that might keep it from happening.
