I have a VFP6 application that uses the MS-Chart and MS-FlexGrid controls. The forms with the controls work fine by themselves, but not when compiled into an App. I get a 'Menu Manager Internal Consistency Error' when I run a form with one of the controls loads from within an App, even on the same machine. The forms are subclassed from the VFP6 framework.

Any suggestions?
