I have forms with more total pages (sub-pageframes) than that, and including data loading, don't take anywhere near that long (now). I've resolved a number of these loading delays using the Coverage Log to see where the bottlenecks are. Before you do a lot of recoding, I'd suggest running the Coverage to help identify where the problems are...
