>>>And from what I gather, you're gleefully fanning flames.

The alternative is you see somebody berating a child on the sidewalk, and you step in to tell them they are wrong.

The child then punches the old lady in the face and runs off with her purse, which is what he was trying to do anyways.

Its ok, though, the thief is poor, so its a good thing he stole that money.

Now, which of the scenarios is true?

Yours or mine?

Probably neither.

There's a third.

A person is berating a child. We step in to tell them they are wrong. That child wanted an ice cream cone, and did nothing special to earn it. They were given an ice cream cone anyways. They wanted three scoops, not two. So the kid throws the ice cream on the ground. Then says "I want my goddamn three scoops of ice cream"

At this point the grandmother loses it, and tells the child what she thinks.

Is that how this 1% and 99% game goes?

Probably not either.

What's the point of all this.

The point is, as far as I can tell, is that you're supporting the idea if the super rich don't share the wealth a little better, they're going to get a beating, and they had it coming.

Do I have that right?

Again. Was that true... before your were born, when you were a child, and suddenly disappeared by coincidence during the same time you became an adult and gained an adult perspective of the world?

Cause it sounds like a fairy tale.

You say we get the "let them eat cake" line. But no one is saying that. We are all figuring how what to do with the foodstamp program now that 1 in 7 are on it.

That was said in history. (Or at least mythology).

There has never been more philanthropy in the history of the world than right now.

And yet there you are, claiming to not be fanning the flames while talking only about the transgressions of the super rich.
