Mike, like someone else suggested, I'd make absolutely certain the email was authentic. (I'm assuming you've spoken to her on the phone)

Another thing to consider, if she had passport or other identity documents stolen - is to contact the U.S. embassy (assuming there is one in Prague). They might be able to help her (including filing a theft report).
