http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Foxconn_suicidesFrom your citation: "The suicide rate at Foxconn during the suicide spate remained lower than that of the general Chinese population as well as all 50 states in the United States."
IOW the suicide rate of the "exploiters" was higher than that of the exploited Chinese, which apparently justifies exploiting food workers at home. The citation also notes that Foxcon took steps to prevent recurrence: what steps have you taken? Seems that this is "Difference C" which is the one that matters.
"... They ne'er cared for us
yet: suffer us to famish, and their store-houses
crammed with grain; make edicts for usury, to
support usurers; repeal daily any wholesome act
established against the rich, and provide more
piercing statutes daily, to chain up and restrain
the poor. If the wars eat us not up, they will; and
there's all the love they bear us."
-- Shakespeare: Coriolanus, Act 1, scene 1
