To be honest....I really do not think of the city in that manner.

At the risk of referencing the 600 lb elephant in the room...if you watch enough TV you'll hear some people refer to certain cities as having a higher %. (and just like most people. I don't care). It's almost like a dull social joke.....but truthfully, I never heard Philly referred to in that way.
