Well, I've had all sorts of flu symptoms - sore joints, headaches, fever, shivering, and for two days they were severe.

Pretty sure (though not positive) this isn't food poisoning. (I wasn't aware that flu shots didn't prevent stomach flu)

Finally managed to sleep eight hours straight last night and another four this morning and am feeling better.

Two weeks ago I travelled and felt run down afterwards, and was working late every night last week, so I pretty much set myself up for it.

I tend to get sick more than the average person in the winter and this winter has been the worst for me.

Maybe it was the flu, maybe just some bug, but I felt like hell.
