One of our clients got a problem when printing reports from our VFP 9 application. Instead of labels and text it prints boxes filled with the color of the font that is used on the label. So you see mostly black boxes on the printed report. It seems to happen only at one printer (Toshiba). They are using a Citrix client, and when they first print the report to PDF and then send the PDF to the printer it works fine, as well as printing from Office works fine as well.
Anybody has seen the same and knows what is the cause of this?
