As you correctly assumed, the problem was with Comcast. This morning I could not ping UT from my computer, neither from another computer in the office. I called Comcast and they found that the setting they call "Smart Pocket Detection" was enabled. Basically the tech explained to me that this setting is used by some companies to block employees' access to sites like Facebook, and some other. Once she disabled this setting for me (I told her I am the boss and I do whatever I want :)) I can get to UT now. Hopefully this was it.
Thank you.

>>Since a couple of days ago I have been having trouble connecting to UT site. Basically during the past two days, when I am at work, I cannot connect at all. I try IE 10, Chrome, FireFox, none connect.

>>What do you suggest to check?
