See embolded part. Any such knows that for less than the money spent in the year or so you fumble for a solution a working programmatic including neccessary hardware solution can be found. My guess is, you only want such a solution provided for free by others - presumably to reap the savings yourself while enshrouding the issue as a "grren" one while economics behind it a clear.
