As his answer was sent to me as well (AFAIR the first time), seems that I am not too far off the mark. Still wondering,

1) if his recurring "Kindly Consider " and similar is just an Indian curried way of speech sounding strange to my more dollar or beer accustomed english or a subtle way of rubbing in that he is taking advantage of those giving him advice for free
2) if I should expand some more effort on the topic
