I understand your comment. But if it is so, I don't know but if it is, then the solution is to simply not reply or offer any further help. Each has this option. The lesson will be learned one way or the other. Life is too short, why hassle about it :)

>>Hi Thomas,

>>I don't think this is correct or necessary. I think there are two issues here; (1) there is a language barrier, not all participants are native English speaking, (2) a cultural barrier; Harsh is asking in a very polite way and with words and phrases common to that part of the world. His "mistake", if I can call it that, is only asking complicated questions, in a field he is not trained in or has acquired enough experience in, and perhaps he needs to consider contracting a mentor or consultant to help him. >>>Kevin was banned on your suspicion or him using a second, false alias - despite Kevin posting a lot of useful stuff in technical sections, providing food for thought in Chatter and Kevin always and repeatedly stating that the second alias - false or not - was not used by him, even after being re-allowed back in.

>>>If my recollection is correct and that individual does not use his real name, I personally think at least the same consequences Kevin faced should apply. "At least" because in such a case there is not only a suspicion, based on how much undeniable, but still circumstantial evidence, but confessed truth about the facts,
