Rotated around what? Center or an axis? I.e. is it an upside-down or a mirror image?

Either way, you may be able to print to an image - a .tiff file, perhaps, using the XPS printer driver, then use GDI+ to rotate the image, then print the image. I know it's around the dog and through the back door, but I don't see a simpler way. Perhaps if you spoke PostScript... but that's just too complicated, and besides the printer driver for PS just won't install on a 64-bit Windows.

There's also another solution if it's a rotation: have the end users turn the paper.
