>I haven't knowingly had soda for 10 years now. I go for an amazing new drink I can recommend called H2O. ;-) For those who don't trust tap water or prefer fancy, we have this:
http://tongarirowater.com/ ... quite often when traveling in the US I find water from Fiji of all places, so feel free to ask your friendly vendor to source volcanic charged water from a pristine alpine desert at the most remote corner of the planet. ;-)
I drink lots of water as well. I tend to have one soda a day, with my lunch. At breakfast, I drink hot teas; at dinner, water. In between, more hot tea or iced tea, as appropriate to the season.
As for Fiji water, that, I'll never buy. A young woman we know did a science fair project testing several brands of bottled water and some tap water for bacteria. She was supervised by a professional researcher to ensure that she didn't introduce any contamination. All the waters were generally clean, except for the Fiji water, which grew lots and lots of bacteria. Don't know if it's the water or the bottling process, but no thanks.
