Not sure what your problem is - html looks OK. When you say 'the text wraps as expected' I assume you mean that it stacks vertically.

So are you saying that it doesn't display horizontally with a width > 991 pixels ?
And, JIC, have you checked that bootstrap.css is actually loaded into the page ?
