Fair enough. ;-) IME most doctors are harried and busy and are no happier about rushed impersonal interactions than you are, and maybe asking about allergies is intended as a human touch as they try to scan the chart. In which case you might respond by letting them know that Prince William and Kate are going to New Zealand in April, meaning that Prince George is likely to encounter a buzzy bee for the first time.
