We have perhaps two CDX corruptions every three months, and at various customer sites. Records start getting lost in the CDX so certain data simply doesn't show up any longer until the CDX is rebuilt, or sometimes simply reindexed.
Our application uses between 1 and 15 tags per CDX, and we have around 150 tables (each with its CDX). We have a few hundred customers. These errors occur using the Mere Mortals 8.1 framework.
