I use Linux for everything I'm able, and except for my work-owned computer, I use Windows Server 2003 or Windows 2000 Professional for my OS (when I have to use Windows). I'm posting this message right now on my personal notebook, running Linux.

My plans are simple:
(1) Visual FreePro -- to get enough income from donators to do:
(2) Exodus, my own custom operating system already booting (https://github.com/RickCHodgin/libsf-full)
(3) Armodus, an ARM-based port of my OS
(4) Exodus-64, a 64-bit version of Exodus for x86-64.
(5) Armodus-64, a 64-bit version of Exodus for ARM.

I learned in July, 2012, about some comments Richard Stallman made about perverse sexual practices that he thought should be legalized. As a result, I have this issue with the FSF and GNU as well. And the Linux kernel in general. I was within days of committing myself to completing the HURD kernel (the GNU-based kernel which would replace Linux, which already works, but is buggy -- I was going to devote my time and talents to removing the bugs, and completing the kernel design and implementation, and to also create a driver model translator which would allow the existing open-source Linux drivers to be ported to HURD. I stopped all of this because of what I learned about Stallman).

In short, there is no place to turn in computers which are not in some way tainted by corporate greed, by perverse lusts of men, and so on. So I have chosen the path of least resistance to get my products completed, which are Visual FreePro, and Exodus. Those two will free us from any other ties toward corporate greed, and profit motives, and perverse lusts of men. Visual FreePro is not just a replacement for Visual FoxPro. It is closer to an alternative to Java or .NET, one with its own GNU Compiler-like toolchain, called RDC (the Rapid Development Compiler framework).

What I am doing with these projects is trying to set men free from the bondage which exists. The only way I know to get there is to move. And, without significant help from others, I cannot do it in an isolated fashion, but I must use what's available. If I had others helping me, we could do it using some other platform, because the slowness of development in such a case would be offset by the additional men working on it.

My purpose is to lead people away from Microsoft products, to open their eyes to this harmful, anti-people behavior. This is a business decision which will affect nearly one-third of the world's computer users, those who have voted by their choices to not upgrade to a newer version of Windows. Microsoft is not honoring their choice, but is cutting them off.

From this point forward, Windows XP will only be usable until some big virus comes along which renders it dangerous to you, your organization, to continue using it.

Come with me, Victor. Help me complete Visual FreePro, and to finish the Exodus drivers my OS is missing today. Help break ourselves free from the grip of these tyrannical, utterly evil, for-profit-only, corporations.

Anyone ... please come and help me complete these alternative products, which are copyleft-protected open-source, meaning they will always remain open and free with the source code available for anyone to download.
