I think that's actually the last version.
The ODBC driver is discontinued and unsupported. If you need to interface with VFP from some other platform the preferred choice likely will be the OleDb driver which has a driver available that is more recent.
That said I tend to use the ODBC driver myself, but I primarily use free tables in my apps and for that the old driver works perfectly fine. I think it's some DBC features and definitely newer language constructs in Stored Procs might not work with the older driver.
This is kind of a drag since Microsoft is slowly phasing out OleDb and going back to ODBC for official data interfaces - I suspect eventually OleDb will disappear as well.
