Last time I tried that I still had to disable IE's security settings to even download Chrome (or anything else). My typical steps for installation are:

* Ninite to get some basics installed
* Then Chocolatey to install system components and Utilities

Actually come to think of it, you might be able to get by with just Chocolatey and installing Chrome from it if you can get past HTTP security. Haven't tried that but might be worth a shot.

>>When you install Internet Explorer, at first, there is too much security. For example, on a Windows Server 2003 or a Windows Server 2008, with the basic installation, if you go at http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/confirmation.aspx?id=40773 and try to download .NET Framework 4.5.1, you will receive a bunch of errors. It seems the javascript or something like that is disabled. Anyone would know what setting is related?
