Precisely the same. In Missouri, it is common to refer to a Limited Liability Corporation as either "LLC" or "LC". You're right, its a redundant reference, but who are we to question the infinite wisdom of our legislators. We can only hope the laws they create do not cause more problems than they solve.

>Off the subject entirely, what's an L.C. in your part of the world. In Nebraska we have an L.L.C, limited liability corporation, which always amuses me since all corporations limit liability.
