Can someone help me with this problem....

I have an application that prints Avery labels 5160 and 5163 in VFP 5.0. When I print on my computer, it prints fine both from the preview and direct print (using the prompt clause). I have an HP Officejet. When my client prints, he can print fine from the preview but the direct print creates lables in very tiny fonts. He uses HP Deskjet 500.
What is the problem here?

Also the same application does a mailmerge with WORD. It works fine on my PC but he gets an ODBC DLL error. FOXPRO starts up WORD and then WORD gives an error message that two DLLS are not the same version. Uninstalling and reinstalling Office 97 has not fixed the problem. What else can I do to fix this ODBC problem.
