Any domain that already exists is already registered with a domain registrar. You can do a WHOIS lookup to show the current registration information for any domain e.g.
http://www.networksolutions.com/whois/index.jsp . Make sure HugeDomains actually does already own the domain you're thinking of purchasing.
Also for a so-called "premium" domain you might want to check that it isn't the name of an already existing business or organization (or a trademark or brand name). If it is you may be forced to give it up essentially without compensation if you are deemed to be cybersquatting.
