Atlas Shrugged, dude. Starts with "Who is John Galt" and had me in its grip until Galt's dreary monolog at the end. Not sure what Rand was thinking when she dedicated so much of the work to that. But everything prior to that rings true if the grey bureaucrats in government or business believe that the throne now is theirs.
Call Ripley! I felt exactly the same way about the monolog. I skipped it when I read the book because, after all, isn't that what the entire novel was all about?
