yes if you use it only as a generla label to group people.
no if you use it to identify a personal behaviour.

example: I am quite certain that skin colour for me personally won't raise the behaviour that are typically considered racist. But I know that I have mental shortcuts that might prefer smart people, not giving traits less often found in the other group enough weight. So it could be said I show "racist behaviour" on an axis not usually thought of as racist, as there is no such race, but only subset ;-)
