I have never heard of this library. Anyway, I think you begin in the wrong end. VFP9 uses GDIPlus, which ships with Windows. And if that's not enough, you can download GDIPlusX for free at http://vfpx.codeplex.com/wikipage?title=GDIPlusX&referringTitle=Home.
