10+ years ago I recall someone working on a tool like that. Googling [foxlint] I see there's a download on Foxite:
http://www.foxite.com/downloads/default.aspx?id=67But, the description there doesn't seem very LINT-like. The project I dimly remember did seem LINT-like so the one on Foxite may not be the one I recall.
Maybe someone here could do a search back to the beginning of time on the UT for "foxlint".
