I haven't followed the whol thread, but what I can offer is a tool that run throug code and searches for not defined ((L)PARAMETER, LOCAL, PUBLIC, #DEFINE) stuff. It can deal with classes objects and methods, not with vcx's (you need to create as code via class browser). It can run within a codewindow from menu.

I can put it in the download here - within the next days ...
