What I perceived as the programs failure to show the new menu was actually the programs fileure to display certain shortcut keys in certain situations. The shortcut keys were CTRL+B, CTRL+M, and F3. I was further trying to zero in on the demon by making other changes to the menu, when lo and behold, prompt changes would be reflected. I then tried moving one of the shortcut keys that did work (CTRL+D) to one of the suspicious bars, and that worked too. But the shortcuts mentioned above would not show. (Not in all cases, mind you, only when the app was run directly from the server, or when run from the loader program; when run right from your hard drive the shortcut keys show).

Not that I know of, but it'd be interesting to see the generated code.
