My initial impression is that the footage is much older than the 1960s timeframe, as the cars that appear in that don't look like what would be typical in the early1960s. Does anybody have a good guess to when that bit might've been filmed? Are there any clues that might indicate when the footage might've been shot?

So my guess is it could have been filmed in the early 60's.
