God is the author of life. He setup a system whereby the new man is created through a process of joining by the male and female, that the offspring grows in safety and security, a controlled environment ensuring a proper course until ready for delivery, at which time the child enters the world to further be looked after and cared for due to being completely helpless upon delivery, completely dependent upon those in the world who are able to tend to and care for this new life.

It is an abomination unto God that any man believes he has the right to determine when to end that process, during gestation, or at any time thereafter. Abortion is murder. Cold blooded murder, and of the absolutely defenseless for the sake of self. And all who go down that road of having an abortion, or being a willing participant in their partner's abortion, and do not repent, are guilty of murder and will be damned forever in Hell.

This process of coming together, of gestation, of birth and helplessness, and of growth into a mature being, is a visible form of that which happens spiritually for the born again believer, just as marriage is a visible form of what will happen to believers and Jesus Christ in eternity (as we, the church, the bride of Christ, will be married to Him for eternity, being always together, always faithful, as we are supposed to be upon this Earth, and in that way marriage upon the Earth is this foreshadowing of what's to come, which is why it is between a man and a woman, and why it is until death).

The man and woman come together and the new life begins. This is like us coming to God, and God coming to us, and in our heart we meet, we are moved, we are changed. This often comes through the witness of others, but it is always God in our heart that draws us. When this happens, the new life has begun. It grows and grows, slowly changing us outwardly, as with the mother going through bodily changes as the baby grows inside of her. At some point the term has come and the baby is delivered. After some time the mother no longer exhibits the outward signs of being pregnant, yet this new thing exists in her life which, all things being equal, will be with her forever. This is similar to what happens to us as we grow in belief and faith to the point where we begin to outwardly demonstrate more and more that we do believe (our "spiritual belly" gets bigger, and people begin to ask us questions about the new changes -- "Why are you talking like this, Rick?" -- "Why haven't you come to watch any more movies with us?"), and at some point the new thing in our life is no longer just within us, but is outside of us and goes out from us impacting the things around us forever.

At this point, as with the newborn life, we are still extremely fragile and delicate, and there are many around who would destroy our faith given the chance. As such, we are under intense care of God Himself, of angels, and of those who are saved, being guided rightly during these, our first crucial days, weeks, months, and years of growth. Eventually we are growing, able to do more and walk (and even run), yet we are still immature. Over time we grow and grow, each of us taking a particular path, having particular experiences, unique backgrounds, until we are able to stand rightly upon the word of Truth, teaching others, and take our place in His Kingdom society here upon this Earth, being servants, ambassadors, royal priests, instructing others as He guides and instructs us.

Each of us will take our trade, our position, as part of His Kingdom. He has called us to some specific ability, location, etc. Some are pastors, some evangelists, some teachers, some do other things. But everyone who believes has a role to fill, and each of us must examine ourselves continually as to whether or not we are fulfilling that role.

Genetics has now proven that life begins at conception. It is no longer a matter of opinion or taste. The very instant the sperm and egg come together there is a joining of the genetic material in chromosomes and DNA, which will guide all production of every aspect of our physical bodies for the remainder of our life. That software program boots up, and the resulting protein-based machine is created over time. God sends His spirit into us that we might then live in this body as it lives, ages, and until death at which time our spirit returns to Him.

Life does not begin at birth, or after a specified number of weeks. It begins well before that actually. Because God is eternal, life in us already began in our parents, and even our prior ancestors. We are all one in Him down through the ages, as He has had a plan for each of us since before the foundations of the world. He sees all things simultaneously, past, present, and future.

It is written this way in scripture:

Hebrews 7:8-10 - KJV - "8 And here men that die receive tithes; but there he receiveth them, of whom it is witnessed that he liveth.
9 And as I may so say, Levi also, who receiveth tithes, payed tithes in Abraham.
10 For he was yet in the loins of his father, when Melchisedec met him."

In short: Levi, who was born generations later, paid tithes through Abraham, who was well before, as Levi was there in the loins of Abraham, just not yet having been born.

None of us are here by accident. There is a real plan and purpose to our lives. Those who are willing to hear this will come out from among those being lost and will be saved. They will take their place in God's Kingdom, repenting of their sins, accepting Jesus Christ as their Savior, and they will walk as God commanded them. The rest will not.

God has a real plan for each of our lives. And there is a real enemy of God, and an enemy of you, actively trying to distract you from the truth: that you need Jesus Christ to have real life, to have a proper focus in this world, to be moving toward the right things of eternal life God has in mind for you.

The enemy has come to steal, kill, and destroy. He tempts with trinkets which have no real value, yet are shiny and make clinking noises so as to distract us. All the while God is there holding the real deal. God has come that He might reclaim that which was lost with the fall of Adam and Eve, and the introduction of sin into this world. Jesus accomplished this wholly at the cross. And what He calls us to now is to repent of our evil, wicked ways, and to seek from Him our right paths, our proper goals, and that His Holy Spirit may enter into our lives that we might become servants, ambassadors, royal priests of His eternal Heavenly Kingdom.

In short: God is working on creating a real future for us, one that will endure forever.

Jesus draws all men unto Him. There are no exceptions. If you hear His voice today do not harden your heart. Listen to Him. He is reaching out to save your eternal soul, and to set you up for life eternal. He does this because He cares for you, and loves you, and died to save you. Do not reject His generous offer of love, poured out on that cross for you. He paid a heavy price to save you. Let that price be worth it in you.
