The first few links in the Google search explain what to do. You don't need to mess around with individual ports in Windows Firewall.

Assuming you don't have any other special requirements, at this point I'd put all Windows Firewall settings back to the default, follow the steps in the Google links, and if those don't work Google [windows 7 file sharing troubleshooting].
