Those messages are all coming from VPN client software, which is near the top of the communications stack. That might be caused by a fault lower in the stack (e.g. wireless hardware or driver), or it might be a bug in the VPN client itself.

Look in your Windows Logs...System for events around that time. If there are some, that's probably what caused the VPN client to barf. If not, maybe it's a VPN client bug - you could check for an updated version.
