I asked a question in regards to T&C. Lutz attempted a response but when I asked a clarifying response he started all the extra nonsense instead of providing the information I asked.

In other words, I am OK with that initial answer but it should not be phrased the way it was to avoid ambiguity and request for clarification.

He first stated one thing and then never elaborated on his initial answer or explained it.
