I want to load some of my mission critical forms on app startup and then show them when they are needed. I tried this on 1 form but it appears that it consumes about 1 meg of ram. This does not seem reasonable. Is there a way to accurately determine the amount of memory that a form uses when it is loaded this way: do form myform noshow? Is there a better way to do this?
Delphi by default does something like this with all of its forms when the app runs. This really gives the application a lot of snap.
A problem is a problem only as long as it has a possible solution. Lacking that, it becomes a FACT!
