Many email programs block content such as photos until the user clicks Display Images for each email. There's no good solution because of this.
There aren't many solutions, but probably the best options are:
- HTML, but the user may only accept plain text. Even displaying HTML, images are unlikely to be displayed until allowed by user
- Attach PDF
