I can't connect to the machine at the moment to verify the version, but we did a .NET framework update on the machine prior to this as we were getting a prompt about the .net version being incorrect. The version targeted on my development machine is .NET Framework 4 Client Profile. FWIW, a very similar program runs successfully on it. I'll try to connect to them later to investigate further, but I've worked around the problem by copying their data to my work machine, running the program here and then copying the data back to theirs.
