Are you using the free demo server? I am not super familiar with the demo version, but ah.h is an include file normally found in the tools\aw folder under the main VFP folder, at least in the full version.

gdiplus.h is the include file for the gdiplus.vcx class library. This libray is in the VFP FFC and I believe is also installed with FiC.
