Like Kevin, I wonder what the errors are. I know that on our tax returns, there are judgment questions about how something should be included. If the government decides they don't like the choice we and our accountant made, is that an error?

What else is considered an error? Is a typo in a name or address? How about a typo in the name of something in an itemized listing?
