Other than the possible spelling error, I do not believe you can run regsvr32 on a folder, as you cannot register a folder, you need to pass a "registrable" file name (OCX, EXE, DLL), try it in the command window, it might be a new feature of Windows 8, but it does not work in Windows 7 (well, I should try in my Windows 8 computer, but I am too lazy!)

Ah, and you can remove the /s switch for testing, it should display an error, or success..
