Not true, but yes, CLEAR ALL should include RELEASE ALL.

Anyway, it does not clear properties assigned to _screen, for example. So reference from there to the form will keep the prog.
The OP need to figure out what is the problem and eleminate that.
It could be all from a dangling reference to a problem in the scx file. Hard to solve without debugger.
QUIT seems to be for IDE use.
