>>Other than the possible spelling error, I do not believe you can run regsvr32 on a folder, as you cannot register a folder, you need to pass a "registrable" file name (OCX, EXE, DLL), try it in the command window, it might be a new feature of Windows 8, but it does not work in Windows 7 (well, I should try in my Windows 8 computer, but I am too lazy!)

You can, however, use a wildcard, e.g., "chilkat*.dll" -- if so, you probably want to include the silent switch so you don't have popups for each dll being registered.
