I am using SCREEN = OFF in Config.fpw and using Main Form as Top Level form and rest forms in top level form.

But How to preview my report if SCREEN = OFF ?

Preview Should be in Top level form with Full Screen and Docked Preview ToolBar.

** Nothing preview with below code
report form MyReport to printer prompt preview
