Yes, the app needs it. Normaly it does nothing important, if you not work with standard toolbars, browse or other stuff that automitically stores to foxuser in your exe. (Pretending you do not do it.)

General advice: Stop this behaviour. You cutsomers may not, and you will end with problems. Anyway it's the best way to catch malware to work as admin. Restricted accounts help for all the simple approches.
