From the hip - differences in the path the project housed in, debug info or the impressum part might be the culprit here.
You could try out different parameters in these, but as the problematic system is fixed, I see no real benefit for the effort as testing might be futile. And runnning the old exe possibly but not really probable housing a virus is not that high on my things to do b4 everyting else ;-)
