Can you cite something on this? I'm not finding anything about a 'butcher shop' and George Tiller. Tiller and another medical doctor abused the mental health breakdown law in major ways. In one well-documented case (search on "Edward Tiller" and "horses are my life"), Tiller performed a late-term abortion on a 15 year old girl who cried that having a baby would temporarily prevent her from barrel racing. He was notorious for taking extreme liberties with the mental health breakdown law, and also spent money keeping statements like "horses are my life" out of the hands of prosecutors. He also invested 2 million dollars to the opponent of the Attorney General who was trying to slap Tiller down.
Tiller also routinely performed abortions on teens without notifying the department of Social and Rehabilitation Services, as he was required. (There were other abortion doctors in the state doing the same thing). Over 100 cases of underage rape or statutory rape went unreported and were not investigated. Hey, so long as these abortion doctors get their money, they don't care....
The problem went beyond Tiller. Many in the Kansas State Congress reported for years that Sebelius would run interference on any investigations into abortion doctors.
I can't prove this because the website has been down for years, but supposedly Tiller's website boasted that he (Tiller) had performed more late term abortions than any other doctor in America.
