>Are you using one of those? if not why? if yes why did you choose it?
We use GoGlobal by Graphon. It seemed the most professional and most supported of the bunch.
There were basically 2 groups of providers:
1. Inexpensive foreign outfits like Terminal Services Plus. The bad English on these sites didn't leave me with a warm and fuzzy feeling about future support.
2. Expensive and complicated corporate solutions like Citrix. Download a free trial and never get the darn thing working because setup is so complex.
What we found with GoGlobal is that they are a real company that speaks English and actively supports their product. Secondly, unlike Citrix and others, the installation and configuration was easy. GoGlobal definitely isn't the cheapest, and it has a few quirks, but support is what I'm paying for. When a Windows Update comes down the pike that causes an issue we get a heads up email to not install it and generally they have a new release out within a week or two that then allows the specific windows update to be loaded. I have a feeling that a lot of these similar products that bypass RDP licensing have similar issues with windows updates.
