I remember there was a problem in the program that registers the service (I think it was related to long directory names or spaces but I am not sure). I recompiled a new version of the registration program that worked for me. It's a long time ago, but I still have the project, you can download it from there: www.gammaresearch.com/employees/christian/framewrk.soap.zip it is compiled to Webservices.exe.
I also had to do changes in the result WSDL file which you can see in the other project in Cinemas: PrepareWSDL.PRG, because I used it for a .NET client.
