Hi everybody,

Quite often after I debug a method, then make changes, then try to re-build the application, I get an error similar to this one

Error 11 Could not copy "C:\_Siriusware\Main\Siriusware.Middleware\Siriusware.Middleware\bin\Debug\Siriusware.Middleware.dll" to "bin\Debug\Siriusware.Middleware.dll". Exceeded retry count of 10. Failed. TestProject

Usually re-starting VS helps to clear this error. I am wondering if this is a bug or not and what should I do in such cases except for closing VS and re-starting?
